Myxoma of Nasal Ala in an Adult Patient

چکیده
Myxoma most commonly occurs in the atria, but is rare nasal cavity. A 58-year-old male patient presented with a mass. We used endoscopic endonasal approach for treatment, and was finally diagnosed ala myxoma. report here case of myxoma along literature review.
